New Continuum Release Closer?

Sort of Subspace news. It looks like PrittK can come out of his spider hole now the Kazza lawsuits have been settled:

Sharman Networks Ltd., which produced and distributed the popular Kazaa software agreed to pay an unspecified "substantial sum" in penalties. It also promised to "use all reasonable means" to discourage online piracy, including building into its software "robust and secure" ways to frustrate computer users who try to find and download copyrighted music and movies, court papers said.

The settlement concludes legal battles against Sharman Networks around the world.

I guess when you have all that eBay money to throw around you can make things like this disappear. The news for Subspace is that this just might hasten the arrival of the next Continuum update. If you remember the last major update (0.38) had a bug with bomb prox which specially effected SVS zones. A pre-release of 0.39 was made public which fixed this, but the prox bug is still there for thors. It would be nice to see a full 0.39 release with this fixed.
