Right now I've put janitors in the preseason because I want to gauge the activity levels of the teams in the league. If we've got teams who are going to no-show to preseason games, and they don't have a damn good excuse for doing it, I won't be too happy.

MI is not dropped from the league. Despite their implosion, they've rebounded with fresh leadership and recruited some newer faces (yes I joined the team that made fun of me on ventrilo for at least the past 2 seasons... how ironic).

BL is being watched, which ties into the whole activity levels during preseason thing I mentioned. They've got a lot of history and bucky remains confident they'll be competitive next season. I'm using the preseason to see how they do and make a decision from there based on what the vangels discuss, and what the BOD eventually votes on.

EX/DS aren't being dropped. For all intents and purposes they're in the league for sure, unless they begin to show less than the required number of players to preseason games
