Warzone sysop and site admin Wonderer has taken over subspace.net as well as new domain getcontinuum.com. He's in the process of building an entry site for new players to the game that we lost when the original ss.net was taken down. It's still early days, but it looks like it's going to take over the old subspace beginners site (which you can still find here), as well as being a general portal to the ss community.
Subspace really needs a site like this. The game is fractured over so many zones which have really nothing to do with each other - as I said in my ss history page Continuum is really a multi-game platform now rather than a single game client - so we need a simple site for new people to the game to find out basic information, get Continuum downloaded and get them playing.
For now I'll keep the link up to the beginners site on the sidebar, but it looks like that in a few weeks this is going to be the number one resource for new Subspace players.
